My run today isn't showing up in the dashboard? Kok lari hari ini nggak muncul di dashboard?

Make sure the activity's privacy setting on Strava is set to at least "Followers" or "Everyone". If the activity is set to "Only Me", Strava's API won't authorize the app to pull its data. Try changing the activity visibility, then hit the Refresh button in Crenoe. Pastikan pengaturan privasi aktivitas di Strava milikmu minimal diatur ke "Followers" atau "Everyone". Jika aktivitas tersebut berstatus "Only Me", API Strava tidak akan memberikan izin kepada aplikasi untuk menarik datanya. Coba ubah visibilitas aktivitas tersebut, lalu klik tombol Refresh di Crenoe.

I paid via Xendit but my status is still BASIC? Sudah bayar via Xendit, tapi status masih BASIC?

Our system usually updates instantly. However, if there's a delay from Xendit's side, don't worry. Just forward your invoice or a screenshot of your payment confirmation to halo@crenoe.com. Our team will manually activate your PRO access. Biasanya sistem kami memperbarui status secara instan. Namun, jika ada keterlambatan jaringan dari pihak Xendit, tidak perlu panik. Silakan teruskan invoice atau screenshot bukti transfer ke halo@crenoe.com. Tim kami akan mengaktifkan akses PRO milikmu secara manual.

How do I delete my account and run data? Bagaimana cara menghapus akun dan data lari saya?

We don't hold your data hostage. Crenoe does not store raw GPS data from Strava on our servers (everything is processed directly in your browser). If you want to revoke access and permanently delete your profile, follow these 2 steps:

  • Open the Strava app → Settings → My Apps → Revoke access for Crenoe.
  • Send an email to halo@crenoe.com with the subject "Delete Account". We'll permanently wipe your profile and history within 24 hours.

Kami tidak menahan datamu. Crenoe tidak menyimpan data mentah GPS Strava di peladen kami (semua diproses langsung di perambanmu). Namun, jika kamu ingin mencabut akses dan menghapus profil secara permanen, lakukan 2 langkah berikut:

  • Buka aplikasi Strava → Settings → My Apps → Cabut akses untuk Crenoe.
  • Kirim email ke halo@crenoe.com dengan subjek "Hapus Akun". Profil dan riwayatmu akan kami bersihkan secara permanen dalam 1x24 jam.
